Living above the city

This project documents a luxury apartment on the 35th floor of a premium residential complex, photographed as a developer’s showroom for sales presentation. The layout includes a living room, a master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The shoot was carried out under strict conditions: all furniture and decor remained in their original positions and could not be moved. This required precise control of composition, perspective, and framing. Soft overcast daylight ensured consistent exposure and clear city views, while artificial lighting in bathrooms and the walk-in wardrobe was balanced in post-production. The final series presents the apartment as a clear, structured, and market-ready residential space.
